Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkillGen ("we", "us", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What We Offer

SkillGen provides self-paced, online lessons teaching practical use of AI tools (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot) through simulated chat demonstrations. Course content is for educational and skill-building purposes only.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Learning is self-paced — if you do not complete a tier within a billing cycle, your subscription renews automatically and your progress is retained.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: a full refund is available within 7 days of any new subscription charge.

5. Certificates

Certificates issued by SkillGen confirm completion of a specific tier's coursework and micro-project. They are not accredited academic degrees or government-recognized qualifications.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account or subscriber access with others outside your household, resell or redistribute course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, scripts, and platform design are the property of SkillGen. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from course materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkillGen is provided "as is". We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of third-party AI tools referenced in our lessons, which are governed by their own respective terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
