If you're not satisfied with a SkillGen subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge date — no questions asked. This applies to your first charge on any tier, and to each subsequent renewal charge.
Email contact@skillgen.in with the email address you subscribed with. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Charges are non-refundable once the 7-day window has passed. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Live Cohort add-on is refundable up until 48 hours before the first live session begins.
