When you subscribe or generate a certificate, we collect your name and email address. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
We use a small number of essential cookies — for example, to remember that you've unlocked lessons with an access code. We do not use cookies for advertising.
We use your information to provide access to paid content, issue certificates, process billing, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use Razorpay to process payments. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy. We may introduce an email service provider in the future to send account or verification emails.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and as required by Indian tax and accounting law thereafter.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by contacting us at the email below, subject to our legal obligation to retain billing records.
